Shipping & Returns

PayPal Information: Paypal is a safe and secure online payment system that you will be directed to each time you make a purchase from the Solar Solutions Shop. You will be required to fill in your details and become a registered member of PayPal and you will also be required to supply your credit card details. Each transaction will be processed with PayPal and then forwarded to us immediately.

Prices: The prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars and do not include freight. We have supplied shipping rates in the detailed pages on each item, occasionally you will need to specify which type of shipping that you require based on the quantity you ordered. Solar Solutions reserves the right to change prices in the Solar Shop at any time.

GST: All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Shipping Costs: You will be notified on each payment about the shipping costs associated with each item. Some items have a standard shipping cost regardless of the quantity ordered and on other items you will need to specify in your order what shipping you require based on the quantity you have ordered.

Product Availability: All products are in stock and available for delivery within 24 hours of your online purchase (working days only). Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery as specified on each product purchase page. If a product is unavailable for any reason at the time of purchase we will notify you immediately as to when it will be.

Product Guarantee: If you are unhappy with any product that you have purchased from Solar Solutions please call our office to talk about the problem. We are willing to refund your payment (excluding delivery charges) once you have notified us of the problem and we have received the unopened product with a proof of purchase document.

Product Warranty : If any product you have purchased online from Solar Solutions fails within the warranty period, please contact us at our office to discuss a replacement.

Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods due to shipping from Solar Solutions, contact us at our office within 3 days of receiving your order.

Overseas Export : Solar Solutions does not currently ship outside Australia. If you are seeking products outside Australia please contact our office to discuss possible future overseas export options.
